Palm Creek Community Chapel is an inter-denominational ministry that worships each winter in Palm Creek Golf and RV Resort in Casa Grande, AZ. Their mission is to provide an opportunity for worship and spiritual guidance for residents and visitors. We are here to proclaim the Good News of Jesus Christ, to nurture spiritual growth, and to praise His name.
We worship in the Resort ballroom. Chapel is led by volunteers separate from the resort management -- from chair set up, audio/visual crews, greeters, ushers, and a strong music program, with a choir of 35, and many who provide special music in song or instrument each week. Refreshments and fellowship follow worship. A pastor is available for emergency fill-in.
After administrative expenses, all offerings are donated to the Casa Grande community. Thus far, over $300,000 has been donated to charities such as Seeds of Hope, Arizona Teen Challenge, Boys and Girls Club & the Casa Grande Food Bank. Last season’s charitable gifts totaled $27,385.00.
We offer a weekly Bible Study all season, plus small group studies in homes during January and February. Our pastor is available for pastoral care and counseling both here in Palm Creek and at the local hospital.
We prayerfully seek a pastor who is strong in the scripture and passionate in His calling to the ministry. Ordination or licensing is expected; experience is required.
